As a guest at Leonora Village, you are expected to behave in amanner that takes into account all other people that stay and work at the Village. Please respect the privacy, rights and belongings of others at all times. All guests and visitors are to comply with these rules at all times. The Site Manager and staff can assist you with any queries you may have.
Accommodation

Only registered visitors are permitted to stay overnight in the Village.Check-in time is after 2:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am. Room keys are to be returned to Reception. Failure to return your key will incur a fee of $100. All items supplied in rooms/cabins and common use facilities remain the property of the Villageand should not be removed.Maintenance requests are to be reported to Reception. Guests are not permitted to make any changes to their room or site without written approval from the Manager.

Rubbish bins are located around the Village for your use. Please do not leave food scraps out as they will attract vermin. Please do not feed birds or animals in the area as this also poses a health hazard.

Rooms - please keep your room/cabinin a neat &tidy condition. No items are to be adhered to walls, doors, ceilings or fridges. Room/cabins are serviced weekly or upon departure. Guests are not to interfere with any fixtures or fittings including smoke detectors or safety equipment.Use of extension boards other than those supplied is not allowed. Portable heaters, naked flames, incense, candles or other fire hazards are not permitted. Cooking is only permitted in cabins and units using supplied equipment.

Site Only – please occupy site allocated by Reception, reverse park and unhook. Please do not park or drive on lawns. Visitors must connect to power source clearly labeled for rented site only.

Code of Conduct

Noise, including that from stereos, TV’s, radios and musical instruments must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 21:00 and 06:00.Disruptive, drunken or noisy behavior will not be tolerated. Guests who provoke noise complaints will be subject to a $50 call out fee. All waste to be disposed of in bins provided throughout the Village.

Deliberate refusal to comply with safety, road/traffic, security, hygiene, environmental or Village guidelines as advised by management may result in withdrawal of accommodation. Any damage to property will be repaired and the cost of repairs (other than fair wear and tear) will be recovered from the guest.

Conducting or participating in any illegal activities such as gambling, prostitution or consumption of illicit substances is not permitted.Possession of any weapons, fighting, verbal or physical abuse, and harassment of any kind or inciting/abetting others to commit offences is not permitted. Any breach may lead to your removal from the Village and Police action.

Traffic
The speed limit within the Village is 10km/hr or walking pace. Parking on site is restricted to registered occupants and staff only. People caught continually speeding in the Village, will be required to park their vehicle outside the premises.
Water Restrictions
Due to water restrictions, washing of cars, vans and trailers at the Villageis not permitted. Long-term guests are not permitted to use sprinklers and hoses for watering plants/lawn. Long-term guests may keep potted gardens within their site boundary. Only hand watering of site gardens is allowed (water can).
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any building.As per government regulations you must not smoke within 5m of any doors, windows or AC inlets.
Pets
Please refer to Leonora Village’s Pet Policy .
Camp Kitchen
All guests are to clean up after using the facility. All rubbish is to be disposed of. After using the BBQ please leave in a condition you would wish to find it. Please remove all food items from the fridges before leaving the Village. Unlabelled food items may be disposed of by staff.
Ablution & Laundry Facilities
Ablution and laundry facilities are open 24 hours and do not require a key. These facilities are cleaned daily however please leave them in a condition you would wish to find them. Washing machines and dryers are coin operated and change is available at Reception.
Fire and Emergency Procedures
Fires are only to be lit in designated BBQ area. An emergency evacuation plan and procedure is posted in common area buildings and in accommodation. Please familiarise yourself with procedures and muster points for the Village.
Medical
The Villagehas a qualified First Aid Officer and a defibrillator. Should medical assistance be required please contact (i) Park Manager on 0488 068 483; (ii) Leonora Hospital on (08) 9080 4300; (iii) for emergencies call 000.There is a 24 hour Accident & Emergency department at Leonora Hospital. For non-emergency medical consultation, please contact Poitier Medical Practice on (08) 9037 6238 between 09:00-17:00. The Park has adefibrillator on site, located at the entrance to the ladies toilets.
Leonora Caravan Park Office/ After Hours:

Reception office hours are 7:00AM –6:00PM Monday – Friday and 8:00-12:00 weekends.
