Bookings and Payments
Bookings made more than 7 days before arrival require a deposit payment equivalent to the first night of your booking. Payment of the remaining booking balance is required at least three days prior to arrival.
Bookings made 7 days or less before arrival require payment in full at the time of booking.
If you pay by Amex, MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card a surcharge equivalent to the surcharge applied by the card provider will be applied.

Cancellation policy

Check-in and check-out times
Check-in is after 2:00pm. If you expect to arrive after 6:00pm please notify reception so we can plan for your arrival.
Check-out is at 10:00am.
Guest Rules
Please refer to Leonora Village’s Guest Rules.
Laundry Facilities
Washing machines and dryers are coin operated and change is available at Reception. Clotheslines are available.
Linen
Linen (including towels) is provided in for all accommodation bookings. For long-stay bookings, rooms are serviced on a weekly basis.
Office Hours
Reception office hours are 7:00AM – 6:00PM Monday – Friday and 8:00-12:00 weekends.
Pets
Please refer to Leonora Village’s Pet Policy.
Playground
There is a playground available for children to use under the supervision of adults at all times.
Wi-Fi
Unfortunately Wi-Fi cannot be offered to guests. This is something that we hope to offer in 2025.
